SLIP AND FALL IN A MALL RESULTS IN $1,550,000 SETTLEMENT This case settled during trial after plaintiff testified. Plaintiff established that defendants allowed the roof to leak which resulted in a puddle causing plaintiff to slip and fall. $3 MILLION FOR PEDESTRIAN PINNED BETWEEN TRUCK AND CAR Plaintiff a 42 yearl old wife suffered extensive fractures to her left leg when she was pinned between the back of a telephone company truck and the front of a car.
